Are you exhausted by an inner critic telling you that you aren't good enough? Has trauma altered how you see yourself and the world around you? Perhaps you find yourself questioning your values and everything that once seemed certain. Therapy can increase your energy, improve your mood and help you become more relaxed. It can help you create healthier relationship patterns, re-establish trust, and increase intimacy. My job is to help you discover self-understanding. Whether that means adopting new attitudes and feelings towards life situations, or learning to reconnect with the world around you.
I am a trauma-informed therapist helping people overcome depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma and PTSD. I use scientifically proven therapy approaches to help individuals and couples heal pain and resolve their struggles. I enjoy working closely with others to provide a safe and supportive environment which facilitates learning, growth and healing. I enjoy using various approaches when working with individuals and have a particular focus on cognitive and behavioral approaches.
Daniella has her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and has a Bachelor’s in Child and Youth Care. She is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and is an active member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP).
