Are you feeling overwhelmed or anxious, or lacking satisfaction in work, life, or relationships? Are you looking for a deeper meaning or purpose? Together we can explore these concerns and get to the core of what is preventing you from achieving your full potential. The pain and suffering you are experiencing does not have to be kept inside. Together, in a safe environment, we can shed light on the pain to allow for your healing and personal growth.
My practice is client-centered, empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgemental. I am here to sit with you and your pain and make space for it. I help you manage and cope with your doubts, fears, and frustrations, using, among others, narrative therapy and compassion-focused therapy. Together, we will cultivate a new story for you that is authentic, self-affirming, and aligned with your values and belief.
I am available for a free 20-minute consultation via phone or online. The consultation allows you to ask questions to ensure that we will be a good fit and can work well together.
