Kaysia Saliba

(She/her) MSW, RSW
Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist

Anxiety, trauma and difficulties within relationships can affect your life in so many ways. In my practice, I can help you become "unstuck", to work through and move forward from the feelings, behaviors, memories or situations that are preventing you from living how you want to. If you find yourself unable to move forward after a traumatic event, having a hard time coping with anxiety or struggling in a relationship, I can help. I use effective treatment approaches in a laid back, safe and nonjudgmental environment so that we can work together towards the changes you want to see in your life.

I work with people struggling with a variety of issues, such as PTSD, anxiety, relationship difficulties (including abuse), sexual violence and depression. My experience working in various settings, such as in a mental health clinic and sexual assault center has provided me with an understanding of what folks need when they are struggling- to be listened to without fear of judgment; to gain an understanding of how to move forward; and to work alongside someone supportive in order to move along the path towards change.

As a Social Worker, I have completed additional trainings in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy. Depending on what it is you’re coming to therapy to work on, we will talk about the approach that is going to be the best fit for you.

Please reach out to book a free consultation so that we can see if we are a good fit to work together. I look forward to meeting you.
