Soroosh Vafapoor
(He/him) RP, MPACS, MPS
Registered Psychotherapist
How are you, really? If I asked you to drop down into the core of how you are and what you are experiencing, what might you have to tell me? Whatever the answer, I want to help. Side by side, we will explore and work through whatever pain and suffering you may be experiencing, be it anxiety, depression, or just a general feeling of unrest.
However you are experiencing pain and suffering, I will help you see the kernels of authenticity and compassion that already exist within you that can guide you towards healing.
My practice is informed by a commitment to compassion and kindness. This will show up in our work together as I guide you towards living a life more deeply connected to your values I see art, contemplative practice, and storytelling as pathways towards healing and self-understanding
I am available for a free 20 minute consultation. This will allow us to see if we are a good fit to work together. I can answer any questions you have, and I will listen to the reasons why you want therapy and what you want out it.
