Are you feeling stuck in the same patterns, navigating a shift in your relationship, or a season of life that feels heavier than expected? Therapy can offer a new perspective and help to bring joy, connection, and peace back to your life and relationships.
In couples/relationship therapy I help partners navigate relationship conflict so they feel more connected. I work with couples who are caught in the same argument on repeat, or struggling to find each other through a major life transition. Our conversations will provide you with opportunities to identify and shift negative and painful cycles, explore and understand the impact of the past on your current relationship, and find new ways to communicate.
In individual therapy I support adults in exploring the ways in which they view themselves and how this may be impacting their connection with others. Our conversations will provide you with opportunities to identify what you want to be different in your life and your relationships, and what is getting in the way.
My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and LGBTQ2S+ affirming. I strive to provide open, empathic and non-judgemental support and I welcome couples and individuals of diverse backgrounds and identities.
As someone who has personally navigated infertility, I bring lived experience of its impact on relationships with friends, family, and partners and understand how much it matters to have a space where you can process the grief, pain, isolation, and hope that comes with this tender journey.
I offer clinical supervision to practicum students and practicing therapists. More information on my supervision approach can be found here.
