Neurodivergent Processing Group

The focus of this group will be sharing and supporting one another in experiences of ableism, shame, misunderstanding, masking, exhaustion, and grief. This group is intended for neurodivergent adults but everyone is welcome.

Cost: $300 total for all 6 sessions. To be paid prior to the start of the

What is a Processing Group?


Processing groups use talk therapy techniques and practices, applied to different focuses. This group will focus on processing and exploring participants' unique experiences of neurodiversity.

More Information

  • Group size will range from 4 - 6 participants. This is a closed group with fixed participants throughout the six-week term 

  • We are looking for a commitment to attend all six sessions to build trust within the group 

  • Groups will be held via Zoom. We will send out the link in your booking confirmation email as well as in an email at least 24 before the first group meeting begins
