Our team of five experienced Clinical Supervisors offers supervision that is compassionate, trauma-informed, and grounded in genuine relationship. Drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities and approaches, our supervisors create spaces where clinicians can reflect openly, deepen their skills, build confidence, and navigate the complexities of clinical work with support.

Rebecca B-W

Rebecca, owner and clinic director of Work in Progress believes that trust and openness are key to a strong supervisory relationship, one that breaks down hierarchies and creates space to talk about the toughest parts of therapy. These candid conversations are what make therapy meaningful for both the practitioner and the client.
Supervisees can expect a supportive, creative environment where feedback is candid, nurturing, and supports growth. Rebecca’s passion for therapy shines through as she loves exploring strategies to help students develop their skills and authenticity. She draws from approaches such as Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, and Cognitive and Mindfulness-Based practices to guide supervisees in building their unique clinical style and confidence.

Yordanka G.
MEd, RP, CCC
Yordanka creates a supportive and reflective space for new students, recognizing the challenges of beginning a clinical journey. With a trauma-informed and compassionate approach, she helps students explore their personal values, biases, and past experiences to better understand how they influence their therapeutic practice.
Yordanka draws from a variety of modalities, Yordanka draws from a variety of modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamic/Relational therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment Theory, Feminist therapy, among others. This diverse toolkit allows her to guide students in developing their unique therapeutic style while promoting self-awareness, clinical growth, and confidence.
Through collaborative supervision, the focus is on challenging internalized beliefs and building meaningful, authentic connections with clients.

Fumi M.
MA, RP
Fumi takes a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and collaborative approach to supervision. Passionate about supporting new students on their professional journey, she aims to foster a safe, reflective, and growth-oriented environment. Fumi knows the importance of creating space for students to explore their therapeutic style, deepen their clinical skills, and navigate challenges with confidence.
Drawing from various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Attachment-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Fumi tailors supervision to meet the unique needs of each supervisee. Her focus is on supporting students in building their clinical competencies while prioritizing self-awareness and personal growth.

Jessica B.
MA, RP
Jessica’s approach to clinical supervision is grounded in compassion, kindness, and support, with a trauma-informed lens guiding all aspects of the supervisory relationship. She strives to create a reflective and collaborative space where openness and curiosity are encouraged, allowing students and clinicians to explore their work with honesty and self-compassion. Supervision is individualized to meet each person’s unique needs, strengths, and learning goals, ensuring that the experience is growth-oriented.
Jessica specializes in child and youth mental health, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, integrative behavioural therapies, mindfulness, and narrative practices. Jessica values collaboration and will use supervision as a space to process client cases, deepen self-awareness, and gently challenge personal belief systems. Jessica’s goal is to support supervisees in aligning their work with their personal and professional values, developing confidence in their clinical judgment, and cultivating their own authentic therapeutic style and practice

Katherine M.
MSW, RSW
Katherine brings a curious and reflective approach to supervision, creating a supportive space where supervisees feel comfortable exploring both their successes and their challenges. Through open and thoughtful conversations, she encourages supervisees to remain curious about the relational and systemic contexts shaping both their clients' experiences and their own work as practitioners.
Katherine specializes in relationship therapy and is passionate about supporting supervisees gain confidence working with individuals, couples, and families. She brings an integrative approach to therapy drawing from Emotionally Focused, Systemic, Narrative, Solution-Focused, and trauma informed models. Katherine is committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive supervisory relationship that encourages reflection, growth and clinical confidence.
