Internalized Ableism Group

This processing group invites conversations of disability with other disabled folks using Narrative Therapy. Exploring the societal narratives of ability and expectations, developmental and acquired divergence, othering and cinematic portrayals of monsters, as well as counter-stories and interdependence.


When: Wednesdays, 12:00–1:40 PM ET (6 sessions) Starting: February 18, 2026 - March 25, 2026
Where: This is a virtual group hosted online via Zoom
Who: 18+, residing in so-called Ontario, 4-6 participants

Neurodivergent Facilitators: Nicky Deeb, RP, and Sarina Radhoosh, RP(Qualifying)

Cost: $300 for 6 sessions. Sliding scale available.
