Noah Gelb

Therapist in Training
Starting psychotherapy can be overwhelming and intimidating. Because psychotherapy is deeply relational, I seek to spend time getting to know clients and building a respectful and collaborative therapeutic relationship.
Working from a strengths-based lens, I seek to center each
individual’s unique qualities and capacity for change to support them in finding individualized solutions to their problems.
I work with adults, young adults, and adolescents dealing with a range of difficulties including addictions, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, difficult life changes, self-esteem and issues related to stress. I attempt to keep in mind the intersecting identities and experiences of marginalization that affect many folks, as well as the impact this can have on day-to-day life. I work from an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed framework and draw from a person-centered approach.
