If you’re feeling overwhelmed, caught in self-doubt, or navigating a major life transition, you’re not alone. You may be carrying grief, guilt, burnout, or uncertainty about how to move forward. Perhaps you’re trying to shift long-standing patterns, questioning your identity, or living with the challenges of illness or caregiving. Many people come to therapy seeking a space where they can slow down, be truly heard, and understand how their past and present shape their experience. Together, we can cultivate clarity, self-compassion, and deeper connection with yourself and those around you.
I work with adults, young adults, and helping professionals navigating challenges such as anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, people-pleasing, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationships, and illness. Work with me is collaborative, human, and deeply relational, where meaningful change happens in a supportive and authentic relationship. Together, we’ll explore the stories you’ve carried, honour what they’ve helped you survive, bring your strengths forward, and gently release what no longer serves you. I meet you with curiosity and care, helping you notice new perspectives and build self-understanding.
My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive, with attention to how identity, lived experience, and systemic factors shape our inner worlds. I draw from narrative, attachment-focused, strengths-based, and parts-informed approaches, incorporating mind-body connection and nervous system regulation. I aim to meet you where you are, listening and learning alongside you, and supporting your growth in ways that feel authentic and empowering.
Before becoming a therapist, I began my work as a registered nurse, supporting individuals and families through cancer, chronic illness, grief, and life-altering transitions. These experiences continue to inform my work and inspire my commitment to creating spaces that are accessible, affirming, and healing.
I know how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for support. Beginning therapy was an important step in my own journey, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to start. My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by both my healthcare work and my personal experiences in therapy, reinforcing the importance of relational safety and genuine connection.
