As a Registered Psychotherapist with experience supporting individuals in both private practice and community mental health settings, this breadth of work has created a deep respect for the complexity of individuals’ lived experiences and the different ways healing and growth can occur.

My approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing from Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), EMDR, somatic interventions, CBT, and parts work (IFS-informed). I aim to meet individuals where they are, while gently supporting deeper insight, emotional processing, and meaningful change. I view therapy as both relational and holistic; grounded in the belief that lasting growth happens when individuals feel understood, not just treated.

In supervision, I place equal emphasis on the person of the therapist and their clinical development. The way we show up i.e., our patterns, assumptions, and presence inevitably influence the therapeutic work. My style is collaborative and relational, which means that I aim to move from guide to companion over time, fostering confidence, autonomy, and a strong internal clinical voice in the therapists I support. I particularly enjoy working with therapists who want to deepen their clinical intuition while staying grounded in ethical and reflective practice.
     

I meet CRPO requirements for supervision, with advanced training in supervision from University of Ottawa and many years of hands-on experience supporting clinician development.
