Sometimes, life’s stresses can feel overwhelming. Sadness and worry seem to be holding you back, leaving you feeling stuck and unfulfilled. It can be challenging to adjust to changing pressures and responsibilities while navigating the transitions and flux of our lives. Past and current relationships-- whether they be romantic, family, or friendships-- can significantly influence our perspective. It can be difficult to know how to find acceptance and begin to grow and move forward.

My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space for my adult clients of all life stages and backgrounds. It is important to me that therapy is built on mutual trust and respect. I am aware of the intersectional components of identity and life experience and want you to be comfortable bringing your whole self to our work together.

Together we will come up with a plan to help you get to where you want to be. I strive for an approach that is anti-oppressive and trauma-informed.  In counselling, I will draw from a number of different therapeutic modalities tailored to you as an individual, always honouring your unique identity and experiences.  It is important that our work together be collaborative, since you are the expert of your own life.
