Sometimes, stresses in life can feel overwhelming. You may be left feeling stuck and unfulfilled, like sadness and worry is holding you back. Adjusting to changing pressures and responsibilities while navigating the transitions of life can be so challenging. Often, it can be difficult to know how to find acceptance, and begin to grow and move forward.

I strive to create a safe and welcoming space, no matter your life stage or background. It is important that our work together is built on mutual trust, respect, and collaboration. I am mindful of the intersectional components of identity and life experiences, and I want you to be comfortable bringing your whole self to our work together. I am always working to ensure that my approach is anti-oppressive and trauma-informed.

In counselling, I will draw from many different therapeutic modalities tailored to you as an individual, always honouring your unique identity and experiences. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Mindfulness and Compassion Focused therapies. Together, we will come up with a plan to help you get to where you want to be. Let’s start working towards your goals—I look forward to hearing from you!
