Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Operations Coordinator

Most people come to therapy looking for relief. Sometimes the source of our distress feels obvious, while other times we find ourselves caught in emotions, reactions, or recurring patterns that are difficult to make sense of.

While insight is important, meaningful change rarely happens in isolation. Healing unfolds within relationships, and the therapeutic relationship itself can become a powerful catalyst for this growth. I strive to create a genuine, trusting space where you feel supported enough to explore difficult emotions, experiences, or conflicts within your relationships. We will work together to better understand what has shaped you and what may be keeping you from where you want to be. Through this process, relief often becomes possible.

My approach is rooted in psychodynamic psychotherapy, which is a depth-oriented form of therapy that seeks to understand the underlying influences that impact how you feel, relate to others, and see yourself. My approach is also highly relational and attachment-oriented, and I practice from an anti-racist and intersectional framework which welcomes all aspects of your identity.

As a therapist I am warm, curious, honest, and always engaged. I strive to create a space where difficult and vulnerable conversations can coexist with humour and excitement. Rather than relying on a fixed framework, I tailor therapy to each person's unique goals, lived experiences, and ways of making sense of their world.

I support adults navigating concerns related to: identity, self-worth, and emotional wellbeing, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional dysregulation, body image concerns, eating-related challenges, and self-harm. I also have a particular interest in exploring the lasting impact of familial and cultural experiences, including parental addiction, emotional neglect, chronic instability, immigration, and intergenerational trauma.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and a member of the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy. I completed a five-year graduate program in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the Ontario Psychotherapy and Counselling College, and hold an Honours Bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto.

At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful change becomes possible through deepening understanding – of yourself and of others. Therapy can offer a space to make sense of what you're carrying, deepen your relationship with yourself, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with what matters to you. It would be a privilege to support you in that process.
