Reaching out for support is not easy—and yet you’ve done something powerful: you’ve chosen yourself. By acknowledging your needs and hopes, you’ve already taken the first step toward the life you want. It would be an honour for me to accompany you on this journey.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist based in Toronto with more than three years of experience supporting clients through life transitions, identity challenges, relationship struggles, and long-standing emotional patterns. My work centres on helping people identify the cycles that keep them stuck—those subtle patterns that quietly steal the life they want—and replacing them with ways of living that feel intentional, aligned, and nourishing.
As an immigrant and a queer South Asian woman, I understand the complexity of navigating identity, culture, and belonging. These experiences shape how I show up in the therapy room—with empathy, cultural awareness, and deep respect for the layers each person carries. I’m committed to creating a space where you don’t have to explain or defend who you are; you’ll be seen, heard, and welcomed exactly as you are.
In our work together, my aim is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, strengthen your confidence, and build resilient and meaningful relationships—with others, and with yourself. We move at your pace, with curiosity and care.
When you’re ready, I’m here.
