Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or past trauma, I’m here to help you build self-understanding and create lasting change through compassion and authentic connection.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by grief, self-doubt, or old patterns like perfectionism and people-pleasing, I offer a space where you can be truly heard and reflect on yourself. Together, we can explore challenges in relationships, identity, career transitions, or coping with chronic illness, caregiving, or adapting to life between cultures.

My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive, drawing on narrative, psychodynamic, and strengths-based methods. I also incorporate hypnotherapy techniques to support goals like quitting smoking, managing phobias, easing chronic pain, and improving mood.

Therapy is a courageous act of self-care. While it can feel intimidating, it offers immense potential for growth and healing—I’m here to support you every step of the way.

I welcome newcomers and members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, and I offer sessions in English and Italian.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), a certified hypnotherapist and am currently completing my Master of Counselling practicum at City University of Seattle. I am a member in good standing with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
